Bakkafrost Salmon Belly

It was as good as I have ever had in many years. The Chutoro was splendid as well. This was part of my first order with Riviera and it is all top notch.

The Best

Im on my 4th order! The salmon is soooooo good. My family enjoys our sashimi dinners and the tuna 🍣 is soooo good. I live in Florida and was extremely worried about the heat and delivery. Again no worries. Fish arrived frozen and perfect! I just can’t say enough about the quality and service this company provides. Big big big fan 😀

Food delivered in 2 days still frozen and was fresh. I have a food scale and all items weighed were 5% less than I paid for. They must include the packaging when they weigh but on this new diet I can't eat the sealed bag.

Good quality salmon just wish I could order a bigger 1lb cut of the salmon belly vs small 8oz cuts!

Bakkafrost Salmon belly, yellowtail belly, eel, and Uni

The texture was firm and the fat content was perfect. I would definitely buy again. I made nigiri with the salmon belly, yellowtail belly, and eel. The Uni was excellent also.

I buy and eat sushi. With the delivery of frozen sushi I don’t need to worry about how long the product sat on the back of a hot truck. The products have been outstanding.
