I followed your advice and served very small portions to my guest at the end of the meal, and they were clearly in heaven.
You won’t be able to find another ingredient that allows you to wow your crois this easily. So easy to prepare - I cut it in pieces and cooked it on blazing hot cast iron, and then seasoned with sea salt and ground pepper. 10/10
While placing an order for o-toro I noticed the beautiful photo of the A5 Japanese wagyu. You've seen these photos, but sometimes what you receive when you order does not live up to the images. The A5 Japanese wagyu I received from Riviera looked like the image and more importantly was awesome. I fired up my binchotan charcoal grill (Japanese charcoal of course) and grilled small bite size pieces a few at a time. The first bite resulted in that involuntary smile you get when your mouth and brain experience an incredible taste. Subsequent bites were the same. This is so rich that we could only eat half of the steak at one sitting. Highly recommended.
honestly some of the best wagyu I've had to date! been to several restaurants and had my fair share but the quality Riviera seafood offers is truly one of a kind! I made the best dish I've had featuring wagyu in a long time! thank you guys the package i purchased did not only make my dinner but it made my experience with wagyu that much better!
