Ankimo (Monkfish Liver Pâté), is a Japanese delicacy featuring a light, creamy and velvety texture with deep, rich flavors. Traditionally, Ankimo is steamed and served with scallions and grated daikon mixed with momiji oroshi (red pepper sauce) and ponzu sauce. Each tube contains 5.5oz of all natural American monkfish liver, sake and salt with no extra flavorings, additives, chemicals, or preservatives. Arrives frozen.
