SHRIMP-SHELL ON OR SHELL OFF-
Very well packed and Tasty-I am a purist and only eat wild shrimp. I favor Shell on, as find moisture and flavor always slightly better than the packed and peeled variety. With that said these are ready for quick cooking , and perfect as a Shrimp Cocktail with dipping sauce. I liked the extra large wild Mexican shrimp that you used to stock.....as shell on. My method on those was to butterfly shells ...de vein..and grill in shell...with shell down. Baste with Garlic/butter/salt pepper mix..flip over for a final sear...serve with sliced fresh lime.
