Off-the-chart flavor! Worth every penny.
I love this wild shrimp as it is slit and cleaned yet kept in most of the shell to preserve the flavor...huge amount of time saved-I still check for Black string remnants---My fav is butterfly Grilled in shell...basted with a swipe of garlic and butter salt and pepper mix...fresh lime sliced as a garnish...can be served with a Spanish rice as flavorful as one creates..keep the grilled Shrimp simple. .......also good in Scampi.....remove and boil the shells in water and white wine.....or beer. Season for stock. Strain liquid to a clear rendered broth. Put aside-Prepare some pasta---put aside..In a pan...heat a bit of olive oil...quickly sear the shrimp........very quickly ...add the stock...add the pasta ....stir quickly....serve in a a nice bowl and garnish with diced parsley

I have ordered these shrimps every month since March and have not found anything better. For convenience, I do prefer the IQF over the block. Scrumptious with olive oil and garlic salt over a cast iron skillet. Good size and color with a great flavor pop.
The best, freshest seafood in the South Bay! We ordered the searing grade tuna and the shrimp, both were absolutely amazing! Fast, fresh... and ordering was super easy. We LOVE Riviera Seafood Club and we'll be ordering again very soon!
