This rice seasoning was very convenient, easy to use and the flavor was very close to sushi rice in a Japanese sushi restaurant.

I never knew about this. Always used ready-made sushi vinegar, or made my own when I had time.

However, this was such a great discovery. It adds the perfect amount of flavour to sushi rice, but it has the advantages of being clean and less messy. If you’ve never tried it out, I suggest you do.

I used 1 tablespoon per cup of uncooked rice, but you can add more or less to taste.
