Our Japanese wagyu are imported directly from farms across Japan by Zen-Noh, a Japanese collective, and is the highest quality wagyu available in the world with an A5 grading, and features luxurious umami flavor blended with an intense buttery finish.

Japan's beef grading scores range from A1 to A5, with A1 being the lowest and A5 being the highest grade. The higher the amount of fat marbling the meat, the higher the score. Our Thin Sliced New York Cut Japanese wagyu has heavy marbling throughout giving it that rich, buttery flavor, and it's the reason why our wagyu is highly sought out by chefs and foodies everywhere.
