It was smaller than I anticipated and it didn't taste as good as the one I ordered last month. I am not sure what happened, but I think I will get it from Bakkafrost company next time. Thanks for letting me try it out.

Outstanding!

The quality of this salmon floored me! Sometimes when you buy salmon (or any fish for that matter) online, you don't get exactly what's pictured and it can be truly disappointing. That said, you get EXACTLY what you see with Riviera Seafood Club! It's utterly superb! So moist, flakey, buttery soft, and full of rich flavor, precisely what you want when you dig into salmon! I highly recommend you give this salmon a go, and when the belly is available, snatch that up as well because wow oh wow!

Best Fish I've Ever Had

The Salmon I bought here is the best sushi grade fish I've ever had, it was perfect for making my own sushi and it tasted better than most of the very expensive sushi restaurants I've been to.
