Out the box, Tai Snapper was professionally wrapped and packaged (cold box). Opened it up and fish was beautiful. No fishy smell, bright eyes and healthy shape and color to the body. I really appreciate that the fish is pre gutted and scaled. We’ve had this fish sashimi style previously, as it is sashimi grade. It was delicious that way. This time we prepared it oven baked: Foil wrapped with shredded ginger, scallions, cilantro, patis, lemon juice, sweet chili sauce and rice wine vinegar. Oooooo! This fish came out perfect. Light, flaky meat. Takes on all flavors of the ingredients without loosing the delicious flavor of the fish itself. Will definitely be ordering more in the future.
