Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked jasmine rice, cooled
- 8 oz snow crab leg meat
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots, thawed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour beaten eggs into the skillet and scramble until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add shredded snow crab leg meat and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
