Air Fried Salmon Collars

  • 2 Salmon Collars
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)



  1. Rinse the salmon collars and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, and juice of half of the lemon. Mix well.
  3. Season the salmon collars with salt and pepper on both sides.
  4. Place the salmon collars in the air fryer basket and brush the marinade over the fish.
  5. Air fry at 400F for 8-10 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flaky.
  6. Serve the salmon collars with a side of rice or over a fresh salad!
  7. Add a lemon wedge for squeezing over the fish.
  8. Enjoy!
