Oishii Sashimi Pack (7-8 Servings)

My husband and I tried Riviera seafood at a cooking class and the chef told us to give it a try. We were floored at the incredible quality of the fish. We got the sashimi pack, which had an excellent variety, and all of the fish tasted like it just came out of the water. Mouthwatering. My husband and I both don’t really care for salmon, but the salmon totally changed our perspectives! We also got the thin sliced wagyu which was great, but also very rich and a lot for two people to eat. We will definitely be trying the regular sized wagyu soon, and cannot wait to order more of the tuna omg it was so good!! Delivery was quick, two days and came on dry ice. All of the seafood was rocksolid. Can’t get much better quality than this!

I love the idea of having the freshest fish possible for sushi nights. I bought this fish kit for a special anniversary dinner for my sister. I loved everything that was included but the akami. I was let down by it because it was already brown when I received it super frozen. that was the one fish I was looking forward to the most. Half of The Akami couldn’t be used for sashimi or sushi because it was way too fatty/veiny. I had to use that part for poke to salvage it and not throw it away. Overall I love how fresh everything else was. The salmon and the yellowtail were great! The meat for the poke was amazing and not fatty at all! Scallops were good as well. I’ve attached photos of the Akami and my sushi night.

The salmon was so fresh that we could taste the creaminess of the sashimi. The fish arrived still frozen, perfect combination for a family meal!

Wow, you were not kidding about how great the fish would be! Jackie and I have enjoyed it all. From the tuna and salmon to the bass we have had wonderful dinners here during our recent blizzards thanks to your kind gift. Certainly the best seafood we have ever had.

Yesterday was a raging blizzard with winds 30-40mph, and 16” of snow. This morning our temp is hovering near zero, but the sun is up and forecasters call for temps to soar into the high 20’s.
