The BEST scallops we have tried

This is the best fresh scallop we have tried, and we've tried many. We have purchased this scallop for many times and it never disappoint. We eat it as sashimi, and it is sweet and tasty, simply cut it in half (as it is a pretty big piece) and arrange it on the plate. Minimal efforts for top quality scallop. Must try if you want the best.

So deliciously sweet, butterflied, with a little dollop of yuzukosho and a drizzle of ponzu. Oh so good.
