The bluefin tuna poke I got is a great mix of akami, chutoro and otoro. At first I plan to make tuna salads using them but it was so good that I just serve them as sashimi. Great deal!

Quality wasn’t as expected. Fish is grey, not anything like the picture. And it had a fishy smell as soon as it thawed. Properly handled fish should smell like the ocean or have no smell at all.
